Gingerbread Hunt and Gingerbread Houses!

What an amazing day in 5K. We went on a gingerbread bear hunt around the school and found a bag of gingerbread bear cookies waiting for us at the end! After, we all celebrated the Christmas season by decorating our own gingerbread houses and sneaking licks of frosting when Mrs. Leyrer and Miss K weren't looking ;)!

We attended the 2nd Graders Living History fair this afternoon. How fun to learn about all of the amazing things some of our own schools family members have done and been a part of!

50's Day

We have an absolute blast yesterday celebrating being 50 days smarter. The kids all looked AMAZING! Thank you to everything who helped out, we couldn't have done it without you :)!

 

 

School Character Election & Staff Volleyball

Happy Halloween! The kids were absolutely adorable in all of their costumes.

Pumpkin Exploration

The kids had a blast getting to reach into the pumpkin and get all slimy the other day at school!

Pumpkin Patch

What an amazing (but cold) day at Basse's Pumpkin Patch today. The kids had so much fun exploring all of the fantastic things at the farm.

Technology

Check out the fun we had in math class today. We practiced our addition with an amazing and interactive game called Kahoot!

Suprise Visitor

What an exciting day yesterday, Grandma and Grandpa Jones (Rylan's Grandparents) came into class and surprised the kids. Grandpa Jones is on the Police Reserves for Mequon. The kids were speechless when he walked in, in his uniform and were eager to learn and ask him questions! Thank you :)

Grandparents Day

We had so much fun spending the morning with our Grandparents and Special Friends. Thank you to everyone who joined us and for all of the volunteers that helped supply to food/beverages for today. It was adorable watching the kids interact with their Grandparents and show them around their rooms.
